Handmade items take a lot of time and care to create, so please take a moment to read the shop policies before placing your order!

1.All items here are handmade and may have slight imperfections. We do not accept returns or exchanges . If a refund or return is requested for more than 50% of orders, we may not accept future orders — let's treat each other with respect 🙏

2.All the items are used daily, so over time beads may get scratched, worn, or show signs of oxidation. This is normal with frequent use — please understand that some wear and tear is natural!

3.All the bead sprites (Perler bead crafts) in our shop are handmade by me. While I try my best to make each one perfect, there might still be tiny, occasional imperfections. Before shipping, I will always point these out and ask for your approval. So, I hope you can understand — if you’re a perfectionist, I recommend purchasing our material kit and making it yourself (we sell those too!)
